At Mala Foundation, we firmly believe that our strength is not merely in the words we utter but, more significantly, in the actions we take through our initiatives. The primary purpose of establishing Mala Foundation is to unearth talents from rural areas, particularly villages, and provide them with quality education and training in cutting-edge technologies and fields, enabling them to become job-ready over time.
We understand that real change materializes through tangible efforts. Our mission is to uncover and nurture overlooked talent. By closing the educational gap and arming individuals with the skills necessary for success in the job market.
We at Mala Foundation knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. The sole reason of starting the Mala foundation is to find the talents from mainly village Areas and help them to get better education and train them on such technologies and areas where they can become the Job ready over the time period
Search and Filter
We conduct some events in schools and colleges such as test and aware students to take part in our test program and this is our main search criteria followed by some filters rounds.
Transform
We help our selected or sponsered students to transform their lives by chossing a right path and guide them in mainly 3 ways
By Providing one-on-one career counseling to assist students in recognizing their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
By Delivering top-notch education and skill development programs that empower students with the knowledge and expertise required to excel in their chosen fields.
By Engaging students in industry-specific projects to give them practical insights into how things work beyond theoretical knowledge.
Internships and Jobs
Once we nourish our students. We encourgae them to have industry expreience to witness works and what they are going to do in their career once they graduated.
We help them to some of the companies in which we are in touch and are connected due to any reason such as partnerships, linkedin etc.
